Heffron Hawks Football (Soccer) Club play in the Eastern Suburbs league. Season 2012, we will field 2 senior mens teams, AA7, AA9 and an All Age 2 Womens team. The club has 4 junior teams U9s, U12s, U15s and U18s.
Heffron Hawks Football Club was formed in 1974 (then called Brothers Soccer Club, and playing in Red and Green). In the late 1980s the club was re-named Heffron Hawks and the club colours were changed to the now familiar Gold and Black. Up until 1993, the club fielded only junior teams in the Eastern Suburbs competition. At that time, the club merged with a fledgling seniors outfit called Maroubra City, and the new Heffron Hawks was born.
